• Developed organization management structure for the operations of a fleet of privately owned liquid barges. Chartered (outsourced) all tow boat operations, fleeting operations and maintenance program.

• Negotiated annual barge contracts for both liquid and dry products for all inland river segments.

Deep Water

• Established time charter contracts for multi year operations of three bulk chemical vessels.

• Implemented a supply chain process for the shipment of bulk vegetable oil from Indonesia to U.S. inland points.
